    • Phase sequence relay on units with 400V/3N/50Hz power supply (models 0331 to 0661). PERSONAL SAFETY The design and wiring of Uniflair air conditioning units conform to 73/23/CEE. The electrical panels are equipped with an auxiliary 24V circuit and include individual short circuit protection using automatic circuit breakers. The axial fans are protected by metal grilles.

The result is the ability to provide much greater energy saving (and therefore economy of operation) than the common fixed-point free-cooling systems.

    OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL Wall Mounted 0121…0661 CHANGING THE ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENTS (models WM* 0551-0661) The heater elements are in front of the MVE radial fan: for access, remove the top front panel of the unit and the safety cover. IMPORTANT: before working on the electric heating element, switch off the power supply by moving the main switch to the OFF position (O) and wait for the element to cool.

Check that the super-cooling of the liquid at the intake of the thermostatic valve is between 3 and 5°C less than the condensation temperature reading on the manometer scale and that the superheating of the vapour at the evaporator output is around 5-8°C.
