Antenna Connection
CAUTION:
Avoid shocks and pressure to the battery.
Avoid overcharging, deep discharge, too high current, operation
in too high temperatures (above 40°C) or too low temperatures
(below 0°C) and long storage when empty. This can damage the
battery.
The battery is fully charged when the "CHARG" indicator changes to
green.
NOTE:
The device turns off if the rechargeable battery power gets too
low. Recharge the battery.
Charge the battery directly before use.
CAUTION:
Do not short-circuit the terminals.
Only use the genuine charger to charge the battery.
Do not open the battery. Repairs only by authorized service
center.

Connections

1. For private listening use headphones with 3.5mm stereo jack and con-
nect to earphones jack ( ).
2. Use the VOLUME control (Fig. 1/22) to adjust the volume as desired.
WARNING:
Do not adjust the headphone volume to loud. This may be hazard-
ous to your hearing and you may endanger others and yourself.
Adjust to a low volume to avoid disrupting your surroundings.
If you suffer from tinnitus, keep volume to a minimum or refrain
from use of this unit.
Otologists advise a against long term use of headphones over an
extended period of time.

NOTE:
Please ensure that reception of DVB-T signals is possible in your resi-
dential area. Broadcast information is available on the Internet under:
http://www.ueberallfernsehen.de, or at your specialty dealer.
This unit features an integrated DVB-T receiver.
You are able to connect your fixed house antenna to receive digital
terrestrial programs with the integrated DVB-T receiver.
In the event your broadcasting area is located within the network core
you may use an optional passive or active DVB-T antenna.
