Problem
Oxygen concentration is
below specifications in
test mode.
Unit does not deliver
oxygen.
Unit continuously flows
oxygen (instead of pulse flow
delivery).
Service LED is on.
Service LED does not light
at required 5,000-hour
service.
No hour meter display.

Possible Cause
Unit's temperature is too high.
Blocked air intake or outlet; or
defective fan.
Leaks.
Restriction exhaust filter.
Defective
Compressor
Contaminated adsorbent beds.
Defective solenoid valve.
Cannula kinked or not properly
connected.
FreeStyle is not turned on.
Battery is dead.
Defective Universal AC /
DC power supply.
OCD sensor defective.
OCD solenoid valve defective.
Defective OCD valve.

Service check required.
Defective keypad
Defective hour meter display.
Solution
Clear any obstruction in
air intake or outlet filter; or
replace fan as needed.
Correct any leaks.
Replace exhaust filter.
Replace Compressor
Replace adsorbent beds.
Replace solenoid
valve.
Check cannula and the
cannula connection.
Turn FreeStyle on to the
prescribed setting.
Replace battery.
Replace Universal AC /
DC power supply.
Replace main circuit
board.
Replace defective
OCD solenoid valve.
Replace defective OCD
solenoid valve.
Perform routine service
and reset hour meter in
maintenance mode.
Replace keypad
Replace hour meter.
