Draft flipper stuck open.
Draft Flipper not closing
100 percent.
Blower, Flipper Assembly
plate not tight.
Ashes holding flipper
open in air box(s).
Firebox door improperly
adjusted.
Firebox door ajar, not
shut tight.
Ash Auger tube not
sealed tight.
Top flue cover plate not
sealed.
Door gasket damaged.
sOLutiOn
Remove blower and
flipper assembly.
Clean, lube or replace.
Remove blower and
flipper assembly.
Clean, lube or replace.
Tighten wing nuts.
Clean out ashes.
Adjust Firebox Door.
Close Fire Door Tight.
Close Tube Cover
Firmly.
Tighten ½ inch nuts.
Replace Gasket.
