  • Page 14 Fitting Passenger Belts The passenger MUST be restrained using an approved vehicle safety belt. Tendercare Ltd recommends the use of either a split reel double inertia seat belt or 3-point occupant restraint system. (Such restraints are manufactured by Unwin Safety Systems & Q’Straint).
