Adjusting the Phone's Volume Settings

You can adjust your phone's volume settings to suit your needs and
your environment.
To adjust the ringer, key beep, or earpiece volume:
1. Press Menu (left softkey ) to access the main menu.

Tip: You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode (or the earpiece
volume during a call) by using the volume keys on the side of your phone.

Alert Notification

Your Sprint PCS Phone can alert you with an audible tone when you
change service areas, once a minute during a voice call, or when a call
has been connected.
To enable or disable alert sounds:
1. Press Menu (left softkey ) to access the main menu.

Select your desired option and press
6. If you selected Service Change, Minute Beep, Call Connect, or
Signal Fade, select On or Off.
If you selected Voicemail Alerts or Message Alerts, select Silence,
Vibrate once, Vibrate & ring, Custom ring, Low Beep once, Low
Beeps, Loud Beep once, or Loud Beeps. (If you select Custom ring,
you will have several ringer options. See steps 6-8 under
"Selecting Ringer Types for Voice Calls" on page 30.)
