Adjusting the Phone's Volume Settings

You can adjust your phone's volume settings to suit your needs and
your environment.
To adjust the ringer, key beep, or earpiece volume:
1.
Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu.

Select Settings (

Select Sounds (
4.
Select Volume (
5.
Select the item you wish to change and press
6.
Using the navigation key, choose a volume level and press
Tip:
You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode (or the earpiece
volume during a call) by using the volume keys on the side of your phone.
Alert Notification
Your phone can alert you with an audible tone when you change
service areas, once a minute during a voice call, or when a call has
been connected.
To enable or disable alert sounds:
1.
Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu.

Select Settings (

Select Sounds (
4.
Select Alerts (
5.
Select your desired option and press
6.
If you selected Service Change, Signal Fade, Minute Beep, or Call
Connect, select On or Off.
If you selected Voicemail Alerts or Message Alerts, select Silence,
Vibrate once, Vibrate & ring, Custom ring, Low Beep once, Low
Beeps, Loud Beep once, or Loud Beeps.
