If the above methods still cannot solve the problems or the troubles are special, please contact

the local maintenance personnel.
Causes
1. Switch on power and wait for 1 to 2
2. Make sure label side of the disc facing
3. Confirm whether this unit compatible
1. Adjust the device volume
2. Adjust appropriate sound field
1. Clean the disc
2. Press MUTE button to cancel it.
1. Reset AV/TV state of TV
1. Try to change the color system
