To use the Freelap stopwatch:
1. Change Settings: - Press and hold the SELECT (SEL/LIGHT) button for 1 second. - Use UP or DOWN arrows to adjust time, date, and alarm. - Press SELECT to confirm each value. - Press MODE to exit.
2. Enable/Disable Alarm: - Press UP to view the alarm. - Press DOWN to enable or disable.
