Transferring a call

Using the TRANSFER button
To an extension
TRANSFER
Press the TRANSFER
button.
To an external party *
TRANSFER
Press the TRANSFER
button.
* 1 To retrieve the held call, press the TRANSFER button, corresponding Outside (CO)
line button, or the INTERCOM button.
* 2 Transferring a call to an external party may be restricted by System Programming.
Through Paging
Refer to page 14, "Paging a person and transferring a call".

Paging

You can make a voice announcement to all people in the office through the
telephone speaker and external speaker at the same time.
