10 Trouble shooting
If you cannot get the dongle to work, try the following:
‐ Turn off the devices and turn them on again.
‐ Ensure the dongle is fully charged
‐ Ensure devices are within 10 meter (33 feet) range
‐ Ensure no obstructions such as thick concrete walls are between connecting devices.
