6.12 SyncThru Installation Problems
Problem
"File Transfer Error" message appears during
the Installation process.
'Unable to add the Port list of Samsung ports'
message appears when you add a port.

Solution
1. Make sure that any previously installed version of SyncThru is
uninstalled. Restart your PC after uninstalling previous versions.
2. If the problem continues, In Windows 95/98 boot into MS/DOS
mode and delete the "sammon.dll" file in the windows\system
directory the restart Windows and reinstall SyncThru. In Windows
NT stop the spooler service using' Services 'in Control Panel,
delete the "sammon.dll" file in the windows\system32 directory
then restart the spooler service and reinstall SyncThru.
Verify that your PC restarts after installing SyncThru.
