The information provided in this document supersedes the general
safety information contained in user guides published prior to
October 2002.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not
cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
RF Operational Characteristics
Your Personal Communicator contains a transmitter and a receiver.
When it is ON, it receives and transmits radio frequency (RF)
energy.
When you communicate with your Personal Communicator, the
system handling your call controls the power levels at which your
personal communicator transmits.
Exposure To Radio Frequency Energy
Your Motorola Personal Communicator is designed to comply with
the following national and international standards and guidelines
regarding exposure of human beings to radio frequency energy:
