8.2 MODEL SETTING

The model setting must be reconfigured after replacing MAIN ASSY because the MAIN ASSY and software
stored in the MAIN ASSY were designed to be shared by all BD player models launched in October 2007.

[ How to configure the model setting ]
The following screen will be displayed on TV screen when you switch the unit on after replacing MAIN Assy.
Using the remote, input four numbers matching the unit you are repairing.
When you input wrong number, press [CLEAR] to cancel it.
When the unit automatically turns into standby mode, the setting process is complete.
Note :
Be sure to input applicable numbers because once you complete this setting, you will never reconfigure again.
Replace IC2701 (flash memory) if it is necessary to reconfigure this setting.
