Releasing the department code error
In N/W-Fax function, if an invalid code is keyed in, "INVALID" appears in the status column and the status
becomes standby.
Select the file with the invalid code and press the [RELEASE] button. "INVALID" job will be sent as a job for the
department to which the user who performs user authentication belongs.
