!
WARNING
Do not place flammable material or store any other
materials in the generator compartment.
!
WARNING
Do not operate the generator when parked in or
near high grass or brush. Exhaust component heat
may cause a fire.
!
WARNING
Do not modify the generator installation or exhaust
system in any way.
Do not use the generator as an emergency power
source to a general residential or industrial utility
line. This is illegal and may cause shock or electro-
cution to power line utility personnel attempting to
repair power lines.
!
WARNING
Do not block the generator ventilating air inlets or
outlets. The engine requires a constant supply of
cooling air. Restricted ventilating air inlets or outlets
can cause engine failure.
!
WARNING
Exhaust gases are deadly. Inspect the generator
exhaust system thoroughly before starting the gen-
erator engine. Do not block the tail pipe or situate
the motor home in a place where the exhaust gases
have any possibility of accumulating either outside,
underneath, or inside your vehicle or any nearby
vehicles. Outside air movements can carry exhaust
gases inside the vehicle through windows or other
openings remote from the generator exhaust.
Operate the generator only when safe dispersion of
exhaust gases can be assured, and monitor outside
conditions to be sure that exhaust gases continue to
be dispersed safely.

ELECTRONIC CLIMATE CONTROL
SYSTEM

(If Equipped)

The dual air conditioners are controlled by the
Electronic Climate Control system. This system
allows both automatic and manual control of the
rooftop air conditioners and the furnace(s) in
your motor home.
The system will automatically control the air condi-
tioner temperature, and when in the AUTOMATIC
mode, it will control the fan speed to provide the
necessary cooling at the quietest fan speed.
The system also monitors the current being
drawn by all the electrical appliances in the
motor home. Since the air conditioners draw a
large amount of current, the climate control sys-
tem may turn the compressor off to prevent cir-
cuit overload. In this mode the fan blows but
cold air is not being created. Once the system
turns them off, it will keep them off as long as
required, and then automatically return them to
normal operation.
The system is designed to operate from 120-
volt, 30-amp AC service ONLY. Connection of
the motor home to any other power source will
cause improper operation of the system. If only
20-amp service is available, current load man-
agement must be done manually by the owner
and only one air conditioner can be operated at
any one time.

NOTE
A troubleshooting guide and function manual that
explains this system is included with your motor home
Owner's Information Package.

ELECTRICAL WIRING DIAGRAMS

Because of the many model, floor plans and
option variations available, it is beyond the
scope of this manual to include wiring dia-
grams. In certain situations, specific wiring dia-
grams may be available to help troubleshoot a
problem. If you need specific wiring informa-
