Using the answering machine via the handset

You should change the security PIN
from the original setting of 000.
It is advisable to make a note of
your new PIN code and keep it
somewhere safe.

You can operate your answering machine from any
Touchtone
and entering a 3 digit security PIN.
Using a PIN code prevents other people from accessing
your machine without permission.

Change the PIN code

3. To set a new security PIN code press
You will hear a beep, followed by, 'Please enter new
security code after the tone'.
4. Enter a 3-digit PIN code of your choice.
The code you enter will be announced.
