Phonelock
The phonelock protects the phone against unauthorized use if
it is stolen and the SmartChip is exchanged. It is not on when
you buy the phone. You can change the phonelock code (0000)
to any four- to eight-digit personal code. The phonelock can
be set to on, automatic or off.
The phonelock code must be entered to use
% 43 Master reset for more information.
Phonelock on
If the phonelock is on, the message
each time you turn on the phone. You have to enter your code
followed by
Automatic
If the phonelock is set to automatic, you do not need to enter
your phonelock code until a different SmartChip is inserted in
the phone.
