    Prepare the phone Always turn off your phone and detach the charger before you insert or remove the SIM card. To insert the SIM card and battery Remove the battery cover by sliding the battery release latch down. Slide the SIM card into its holder with the contacts facing down.

    Using the USB charger To connect the charger and charge the battery Connect the USB cable plug to the AC adapter USB socket, as shown in the above illustration. The USB cable is supplied with your phone. Connect the USB cable connector to your phone. Press a key to view the charging status on the screen.
