If you are having trouble with your Wi-Fi connection, you can use
Ping to narrow down the source of the problem. If you can
successfully Ping your Gateway, but not the AlphaSmart web site
(included in the Ping target list), then your gateway is having
problems connecting to the internet. If you cannot successfully
Ping your Gateway, then you probably do not have a working

Security Tip: You can use MAC addresses to limit
unauthorized access to your Wi-Fi network. Every
Dana has a unique MAC address associated with it
that can be seen in WiStat. Your network
administrator can setup the Wi-Fi network to only
permit access for devices whose MAC addresses it
recognizes.
