9-4-5. When the ice-maker sensor (ICE SNR) is in malfunction, it shows F6 on cabinet display
board.
How to check:
1. Take down the small freezer drawer.
2. Take down the ice-maker; check whether the connector is in right position. Disconnect connector,
make sure there is no water, rust or corrupt. If there is any, clean the joint and reconnect.
3.Test the resistance between two black wires, the normal resistance should be 1～30K ohm
approximately, if the ohm number is infinite or zero, it means that the sensor is defective.
If the sensor is normal, reconnect the connector.
4. Check whether the connector of main control PCB is in right position.
5.Test the resistance between two gray wires of connector(CON6), the normal resistance should be
1～30K ohm approximately, if the ohm number is infinite or zero, it means that the connecting wire in
cabinet is defective.
