Recording Dictations

Recording

Each new recording automatically erases any
previous recordings on that part of the tape.
Speaking distance approximately 2 - 4 inches /
5 - 10 cm. In the case of high background
noise, decrease the speaking distance.
Recording
Press the red recording button
" – DICTATE" (locks in).
Set the slide-switch to " START".
– The recording indicator lights up.
– The tape starts running.
– If no microcassette is loaded or the tape end
is reached, a sound signal is emitted.
Recording-pause
Set the slide-switch to "
– The recording indicator goes out.
– The recording button " – DICTATE" remains
locked in.

Voice-activated start/stop

(Voice activation, VA)
When making pauses when

speaking (approximately 3 secs),
recording will be interrupted. When
speaking again, recording will be
resumed.
