Chain maintenance

For long chain life, good maintenance is very important. Chains without O-rings
should be cleaned in fireproof solvent regularly and afterwards treated with hot
grease or chain spray (Shell Advance Bio Chain).
O-ring chains on the other hand are very simple to clean. The best way is to use
lots of water, but never use brushes or cleaning liquids. After letting the chain dry,
you can use a special O-ring chain spray (Shell Advance Bio Chain).
