If you are installing the drive in a 5.25-inch bay, go to "Step 5. Preparing the
drive for a 5.25-inch bay".
Step 5. Preparing the drive for a 5.25-inch bay
You must use the 5.25-inch conversion tray to install the drive in a half-high
industry-standard 5.25-inch bay. If you are installing the drive into a 3.5-inch
bay, skip to "Step 6. Mounting the drive in the bay" on page 1-8.
To mount the drive into the 5.25-inch conversion tray:
1. Place the conversion tray on a flat surface with the front facing forward.
2. Attach the black or white 5.25-inch bezel to the conversion tray as shown in
the following illustration.
3. Place the Zip drive into the conversion tray, sliding it forward until it is
flush with the 5.25-inch bezel.
4. Insert four mounting screws into the bottom of the conversion tray,
attaching the conversion tray to the Zip drive.
