Troubleshooting guide

Refer to the troubleshooting table below if you are having
problems with your Smart Control. For problems with your
hearing aids, please consult your hearing aid guide.
Cause
Indicator lights not flashing
Not turned on
Low/dead battery
Poor battery contact
Battery upside down
Indicator lights flashing rapidly
Low battery
Hearing aids not responding to
Smart Control commands
Holding the remote
control too far away
Holding the remote
control too close
