Inspect the piston rings for scoring
or damage. Measure the piston pin
hole diameter and ovality
Service limit : 15.05mm
Measure the diameter of the piston
Service limit (125cc):56.36mm
(150cc):61.89mm

Measure the 1 piston ring thickness
Service limit: 1.15mm

Measure the 2 piston ring thickness
Service limit: 1.16mm
Insert the piston rings into the bore
and measure the ring gap
Piston ring gap service limit: 0.5mm
Measure the piston pin outer diameter
Service limit : 14.85mm
