Introduction
Please take the time to
familiarize yourself with the
controls, parts & accessories
before using the oven. This
could save a lot of time later
BEFORE USING YOUR OVEN
Before using your oven for
the first time, be sure to:
- Wash the wire rack, baking
tray, tray handle, rotisserie
skewers and the water tank
with soapy water.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe
lightly the inner walls of the
oven. Use a small amount of
detergent, but do not use a
spray or abrasive or polishing
agent.
- Do not touch the electric
heating tube, and do not soak
the inside of the oven with
water.
- Place wire rack, baking tray,
water tank inside the oven.
Close the oven door and then
preheat the oven at the highest
temperature for 5 minutes.
This process is designed to
remove the coating on heating
elements.
preheating will not necessary.
Turn off the heating elements.
Turn off the motor fan, to
remove any smoke residue
inside the oven.
Instruction for use

temperature if you turn the
Temperature control from
OFF to 250.

temperature throughout the
cooking process.
