Select the printing position of sender's
information (Header) on the received original.
• Inside
Part of the received image (about 10 mm from
the edge) may be missing because it is
overwritten with the sender's information
print.
• Outside
If there is no margin (about 10 mm from the
edge) to print the sender's information, the
received image may be reduced in size.
• No Print
Sender's information is not printed.
Select the contents for the sender's information.
Standard setting differs by country.
Select whether the machine prints the received
date and time.
When set to "Valid", the reception time is
printed.
Select the printing attributes for the
communication journal.
• Off
Communication journal is not printed.
• Always
Prints whether communication has
succeeded or failed.
• Inc Only
Prints only when communication has failed.
• Invalid
Communication journal is not automatically
printed. If required, view the communication
journal on the Touch Panel Display, or print it
manually.
• Valid
The machine prints the journal automatically
after every 200 transactions.
Refer to Transaction Journal in the
Operating Instructions (For Facsimile and
Internet Fax) of provided CD-ROM.
Set whether to print an acceptance report when
Memory transmission is accepted.
The report states the number of accepted
originals and the destination.
