8.3.4 KARAOKE OUT

This function allows you to enable to disable the transmission of the MIDI data relating to the
Karaoke on the [MIDI OUT] port. Transmission of these data must only be enabled with
optional peripherals connected.
To access this setting, from the MIDI menu press the [F4] function key to select the
field.

You can use the encoder to enable (
of the MIDI messages relating to the Karaoke on the [MIDI OUT] port.
After making the desired settings, press the [ESC] key and the modifications made will be
saved automatically.

8.3.5 SYNC IN

In point 8.3.2. we have seen that specific incoming MIDI messages can be filtered, or ignored.
The IN FILTER function can be used in this way to apply a general filter to the Real Time
messages.
The SYNC IN function allows you to select which of the Real Time messages relating to the
synchronisation, present on the MIDI IN port connected to the [JOY PORT], you wish the Genius
to interpret.
Note that the enabling of synchronisation messages is located downstream of the filter on the
messages received: therefore, if the Real Time messages filter is set as ON, the
synchronisation settings will have mp effect.
From the MIDI menu use the [F5] function key to select the
