1. Does the transmitted signal match the receiver
configuration (PL, DPL, etc.)?
2. With the monitor function enabled, can the radio be
unmuted?
Check synthesizer frequency by measuring the transmitter
frequency; realign it off by more than ±150 Hz (VHF),
±500 Hz (UHF)
