Pairing - baiMobile 3000MP User Manual

The baiMobile 3000MP Reader driver is now installed on your BlackBerry phone. You may
verify that the driver is installed by, on your BlackBerry phone, select Options > Security
> Smart Card. You should see the baiMobile 3000MP listed:

Turn On Bluetooth
Before you can use your baiMobile 3000MP Reader, it must be securely paired with your
BlackBerry phone. The Bluetooth pairing process involves exchanging a randomly
generated number used by both your BlackBerry and your reader for secure Bluetooth
communications. This and other security measures insure that Bluetooth communications
between your reader and your phone cannot be intercepted by a third party.
First, verify the Bluetooth is enabled on your BlackBerry phone Options > Networks and
Connections > Bluetooth Connections > Bluetooth = On
