Long term storage of your generator will require some
preventive procedures to guard against deterioration.

DRAIN THE FUEL

1. Turn the engine switch to "STOP".

2. Remove the fuel tank cap and the fuel tank filter.
Fuel is highly flammable and poisonous. Check
"SAFETY INFORMATION" (See page 4) carefully.

Immediately wipe off spilled fuel with a clean, dry,
soft cloth, since fuel may deteriorate painted sur-
faces or plastic parts.

STORAGE

Extract the fuel from the fuel tank into an approved
gasoline container using a commercially available
hand siphon. Then, install the fuel tank filter and
the fuel tank cap.
WARNING
The engine stops in approximately 20 minutes time
by running out of fuel.
