    4.1.3 LOSS OF POWER: (System switched ON but is not operating) Reset-able fuses protect the VR2272B system from overloads. 1. Ensure the system key is switched off i.e. in the vertical position.

If ‘Yes’ check the COM2 cable from the EP motherboard to the MIF board. If the EP data is still missing other possible faults could be: A Hardware fault or a corrupt HDD.
