equivalenttopreventfreezingofthepipes.
• D onotinsulateorblockdrainvalveonthehotoutlet
fitting.
• I fpipesareallowedtofreeze,thewaterheaterand
thepipesmaymalfunctionorleakduetofreezing
water.

willdisplayontheremotecontrol.Ifthisoccurs,the
condensatedrainmustbecleared.
• U seonlyPVCorCPVCpipeorflexibletubeforthe
condensatedrainline.

showninthediagram.Insulatethepipesalltheway
tothetop.DONOTcoveranydrainorpressure-relief
valve(s).
