Slide the cover lock (a) and hold it open while sliding
the cover (b) and opening it (c).
Slide the cover
in the direction
shown (b)

Install four batteries.
3.
Close the cover (d), and press downward as you slide
it until it clicks into place (e).

Open the cover (c)
Positive end (+)
Insert the four
supplied AA-size
alkaline batteries.
