INITIAL OPERATION / MAINTENANCE WARNING BE CERTAIN ALL POWER IS SHUT OFF BEFORE ADJUSTING, SERVICING, CLEANING OR LUBRICATING THE HEADER WAGON. BEFORE FIRST USE: Inspect Wagon for shipping damage. If damage does exist, do not use until damaged parts have been replaced or repaired.
BRAKING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: WARNING TOW LOADS SAFELY. Stopping distance increases with speed and weight of towed loads and on slopes. Towed loads with or without brakes that are too heavy for the tractor or are towed too fast can cause loss of control. Consider total weight of equipment and its load.

LOADING THE HEADER (cont.): ► If possible, Grain Header should rest on main beam along bottom rear of header. Proper Top Rail Position; Vertical - Front of header must make contact before heel. Horizontal - Nylon pads (behind cutter bar) must land squarely on top of rail. (Grain Header) Heel should drop 4-6 inches after front has made contact. This allows for trouble- free head hookup.
