Punch EQ
A Gyrator based Punch EQ that eliminates frequency shift with boost. This
works along with the crossover switch on the amplifier. When set to Low-
Pass (LP) operation, this control is a narrow band adjustment variable
from 0dB to +18dB @ 45Hz.
Variable Crossover
Is a built-in 24dB/octave
Butterworth filter with a
crossover point variable
from 50Hz to 500Hz.
2/4 Channel Switch
Setting this switch to the 2CH. position, switches the
inputs to a 2-channel mode, allowing connection to
only the front inputs with a 4-channel output.
RCA Input/Pass-Thru Jacks
The industry standard RCA jacks provide an easy connection for signal level input. They
are nickel-plated to resist the signal degradation caused by corrosion. The Pass-Thru
provides a convenient source for daisy-chaining an additional amplifier without running
an extra set of RCA cables from the front of the vehicle to the rear amplifier location.
Infrasonic Filter
A fixed 20Hz 24dB/octave filter designed to prevent frequencies below the audio range
from being applied to the subwoofer from the amplifier. Consequently improving sub-
woofer performance and power handling, particularly in vented enclosures.
Variable Phase
The variable 0-180˚ phase control allows the listener to change the arrival
time of the subwoofer sound waves relative to the same frequencies from
the main speakers.
Design Features
Remote Punch Level Control
When connected, the "Gain Control"
is linked and allows you to remotely
control the output level of the amplifier
from the dash or center console.
Subwoofer Input Switch
Setting this switch to the Front position, utilizes the
front inputs, allowing connection to only the front
inputs with a subwoofer output.
