General Information ALL MODELS When the operate button (Figure 5) is pressed and released, power is supplied to the water pump (Water Tank models) or solenoid valve (Direct Water Hookup models). The pump/solenoid operates and water sprays onto the heated steam generator (Figure 9). The water flashes immediately into steam and steams the product. -

DELUXE FOOD WARMER Steaming Tips • Pre-cooked pasta is easily reconstituted and gives you a hot product without the wetness of the normal “dip” method. • Experiment with your products and different steaming times - a little more or less steam could enhance the appearance/flavor. -

DELUXE FOOD WARMER To avoid possible personal injury and/or damage to the unit, inspection, test and repair of electrical equip- ment should be performed by qualified service personnel. The unit should be unplugged when servicing, except when electrical tests are required.
