USING THE DIGITAL CAMERA AS A
WEBCAM
Your digital camera can act as a Webcam, which allows you to video-conference
with business associates, or have a real-time conversation with friends or family.
To use the digital camera for videoconferencing, your computer system must
include the following items:
Microphone
Sound card
Speakers or headphones
Network or Internet connection
Video conferencing (or video editing) software is not included with the
digital camera.
This mode is not supported by MAC.
Step 1: Install the Webcam driver
The Webcam driver included on the CD-ROM is exclusively for Windows. The PC
camera function is not supported by MAC platforms.
1. Insert the enclosed CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
2. When the welcome screen appears, click "DRIVER For PC CAM". Follow the
on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
3. After the driver installation is completed, restart your computer.
