Display

Select how you want the time to appear
in the display when the oven is
switched off:
ß On
The time is always visible in the
display.
ß On for 60 seconds
(factory default setting)
The time is only ever visible for 60
seconds when the oven is switched
on and when it is switched off.
ß Do not display
The time only shows in the display
when the oven is being operated.

Clock format

The time of day can be altered from a
24-hour display (factory default setting)
to a 12-hour display.

Setting the time of day

The time of day is set either with the
numerical keypad, or with the
sensors by first entering the hours and
confirming with "OK" and then entering
the minutes and confirming with "OK".
If there is a power cut, the current time
of day will reappear once power has
been restored. The appliance will store
this data for approx. 200 hours. After
200 hours it will show "12:00" and will
need to be re-set.

Synchronising

This option only comes up in the
display if your appliance is signed
on to the Miele|home system.
If you select "On", the time of day will be
synchronised with the time of day for
the Miele |home system. You can
deactivate this function.

Lighting

ß On
The oven interior lighting remains on
during the entire cooking
programme.
ß On for 15 seconds (factory default
setting)
The oven interior lighting will switch
off 15 seconds after the start of a
cooking programme.
If you touch one of the sensors next
to the display, the lighting will come
on again for another 15 seconds.
