Reducing communication costs (using the Internet/Intranet)
Internet faxing
Using the Internet, a scanned document can be sent as an e-mail attachment.
The transmission costs are included in the Internet charges.

You can send originals in color, gray scale and black and white using Internet fax.

This machine can also receive documents via Internet fax and print them in black and white.
Received documents in black and white can be printed, but received original data in color or gray scale
are discarded and not printed.
