TROUBLESHOOTING
Many problems can be solved by taking any of the following steps:

Unpair and pair your device with the BT35
Ÿ
Turn your phone off and on or remove/reinstall your
phone/device's battery

If you have access to the BT35, unplug and reconnect the BT35

Make sure all connections are secure and tight
