MENU FUNCTION
Stores up to 500 entries, each of which can be assigned to a group.
Entries can be retrieved by name or group.
H LIST ENTRIES
To view your phone book entries, press Left Soft Key
[Menu]

or press the Right Soft Key
[Contacts].
The list of names in your phone book is displayed
alphabetically.
Enter a name or its character string or scroll through
the list with Navigation Key.
Please refer to page 32 for more details on entering
letters, numbers & symbols.
¿ To edit the entry, press Left Soft Key
To view the contact details, press

To use and manage contacts, press Right Soft Key
[Option] then select:
1. New Entry: To add a New Entry.
2. Prepend : The user may add numbers before the
number, such as an area code.
3. Erase: To delete a contact.
4. Text Message: To create a Text message.
5. Picture Message: To create a Picture message.
6. Erase All: To delete all phone book entries.
´ To call the selected number, press the SEND Key

H NEW ENTRY
Adds a new contact entry.
To add a new entry to Contacts,
press Left Soft Key
[Menu]
To enter a name or number, press Navigation Key
to select the contact fields.

Contact Fields: Name/Mobile/Home/Work/Email 1/
Group/Picture/Ringtone/Pager/Fax/
Email 2.
•
Under "Mobile", "Home", "Work", "Fax" or "Pager"
input the phone number, then press Right Soft Key
[Option], to access the following:
1. Hard Pause
2. 2-Sec Pause

Scroll to "Picture" and press Right Soft Key
select an image. (Please refer to page 58 "Picture Box" for
more details.)

Scroll to "Ringtone" and press Right Soft Key
to add a ringtone.
(Please refer to page 58 "Sound Box" for more details.)
Please refer to page 32 for more details on entering letters,
numbers & symbols.
To save the entry, press
To return to the previous page, press the Clear Key
.
At least one phone number or an email address needs to be
entered to save the new contact. Otherwise, it will display
"PLEASE ENTER NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS".
If only a phone number is entered and the name field is left
blank, the contact will still be saved and the Contact List will
display the phone number.
