Storing A Phone Number - UTStarcom CDM-8935 User Manual

MEMORY FUNCTION
The Phone book stores up to 500 entries.
³ Enter phone # then press
Choose "New Entry" or "Existing Entry".
To select, press [OK].
If "New Entry" is selected, the phone number will
appear above a list of icons. The name of the icon is
displayed below the list. Press Navigation Key
to choose the type of number you're adding, as
indicated by the icon. Press
If "Existing Entry" is selected, your phone book list is
displayed. Choose the entry to add the phone number
to, then press [OK].
You will then see the phone number listed above
a list of icons and the name of the currently selected
icon below the list. Press
Enter a name.
Follow instructions for entering text on page 32.
To change the input mode, press the Left Soft Key
[Abc].
´ Use Navigation Key to scroll through more
options for the entry (group, other numbers, ringer,
etc.).
