the DIP switches are set
correctly, have your printer serviced.

Did the printer test pattern finish without any
errors and the printer test pattern print
correctly?
YES - Go to the next step.
NO - If the test pattern is correct but the
colors are wrong, go to the next step.
If
the test pattern is not correct or you
received an error message, record the
error message and go to Test 8020.
