    CALIFORNIA EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY STATEMENT YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The California Air Resources Board and Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (herein “FUJI”) are pleased to explain the emission control system warranty on your 2005 and later Small Off-Road engine (herein "engine"). In California, new engine must be designed, built and equipped to meet the State's stringent anti-smog standards.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the proper operation and maintenance procedures in order to maximize the safe and efficient use of this product. Keep this owner’s manual at hand, so that you can refer to it at any time.

Never make adjustments on the machinery while it is connected to the engine, without first removing the ignition cable from the spark plug. Turning the crankshaft by hand during adjusting or cleaning might start the engine, and cause serious injury to the operator.
