B. Insert the USRobotics Installation CD-ROM into your CD-ROM
drive.
C. Click Specify a location, then type
where D is the drive letter assigned to your CD-ROM drive.
D. When Windows locates the driver for the U.S. Robotics USB
Modem Enumerator, click Next.
E. When prompted, click Finish.
Windows installs the enumerator and re-starts the Add New
Hardware Wizard.
2. Install the modem driver as follows:
A. Select Specify the location of the driver (Advanced) and click
Next.
B. Ensure that Specify a location contains
Next, where D is the drive letter assigned to your CD-ROM drive.
C. When Windows locates the driver for U.S. Robotics 56K
Faxmodem USB, click Next.
D. If a Digital Signature Not Found window appears, click Yes.*
E. Click Finish to complete the installation.

Windows 98SE
Installing the driver in Windows 98SE consists of two similar processes.
The first installs a modem enumerator; the second, the modem driver.
1. Install the modem enumerator as follows:
A. When the Add New Hardware Wizard appears, insert the
USRobotics Installation CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
B. In the Add New Hardware Wizard, click Next.
C. Select Search for the best driver for your device (Recom-
mended) and click Next.
D. Click Specify a location.
