Troubleshooting

Problems and their remedies
Repairs to your machine may only be carried out at the ser-
vice centre. Unprofessional repairs and use of non-original
replacement parts can be dangerous for the user.
In case of unprofessional repairs, no liability will be accept-
ed for resultant damage and the guarantee is invalidated.
Problem
No coffee output or
insufficient output
No coffee output
Cold coffee
Pump sounds very loud
Water drips continuously
out of dispensing head
Occasional drops drip

Coffee tastes sour
The amount of water
programmed per cup is

Possible cause
water tank empty
defective pump
capsule not (completely) perforated

Important: pull out the power plug immediately in case
of faults, defects or possible damage to the machine after
a fall.
Remedy
fill the water tank
contact the service centre
use a new capsule/contact the service centre
close lever completely
descale the machine
insert water tank correctly
contact the service centre
contact the service centre
fill the water tank
insert water tank correctly
descale the machine
eject the capsule (occasional drops are normal,
it is not a defect)
flush out the machine again
use a new capsule
fill the water tank
reprogram
contact the service centre (for safety reason,
dispensing stops after 30 seconds)
switch off the machine, wait for 20 minutes
and restart it. If the problem persists, contact
the service centre
press one of the dispensing buttons
fill tank with fresh water
contact the service centre
empty the used capsule tray
remove the used capsule
switch off machine, wait until it reaches room
temperature and restart. If the problem per-
sists, contact the service center.
