switch the power switch from on to off
Replace panel

1. No Power
Check AC line volt 110V or 220V
Check the voltage of C905(+)
Check start voltage for the pin3 of IC901
Check the auxiliary voltage is between 10V-16V
Check ZD901,ZD902,IC902,Q903

Check the PPWR panel power relative circuit,Q204, Q203
In normal operation, when LED =green, R207

Should =5 V,
If PPWR no-response when the power switch
Turn on and turn off, replace the U401-MST8116B
Check AC line

Check R909,R910,R931,IC901
Check IC901,T901,D901,D906,D907
