CARE AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Wine Cooler • Unplug the wine cooler and remove all bottles and shelves. • Wash the inside with warm water and a neutral detergent or baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
